What does AI Blog Tool actually do?+
You connect your WordPress site, give us a list of topics you want articles about, and set a schedule. We write full articles for you and publish them to your blog on the schedule you picked. You review and approve — or let it run on autopilot.
Do I need to install a plugin on WordPress?+
No. We connect through WordPress's official Application Password system — same method WordPress recommends for apps. No plugins, no theme changes, no files uploaded to your server. Just a one-time secure credential.
Can I review posts before they go live?+
Yes. Every post is a draft until you publish it. If you want manual review, leave scheduling off and each generated article waits for your approval. If you want full autopilot, turn on scheduling and we publish automatically on the day and time you set.
What kind of articles do you write?+
Full articles with a title, intro, body sections with headings, and a conclusion — typically 1,000-2,000 words. You set a voice per site (formal, casual, punchy, technical, whatever) and we match it.
How many sites can I connect?+
One on the free Starter plan, five on Grow, unlimited on Scale. See pricing on the home page.
What if a post doesn't come out right?+
You can edit any post before publishing. If a post fails outright (generation error, publish error), hit Retry on the dashboard and we'll try again. You're never charged for failed posts.
Do I keep rights to the content?+
Yes. Any post generated by AI Blog Tool is yours to use however you want — publish it, edit it, repurpose it, take it elsewhere. We don't claim ownership.
What is the Backlink Exchange?+
An opt-in feature where members' posts can naturally link to each other's relevant articles when topics match. Helps with SEO without cold outreach or sketchy directories. Entirely optional — see the Backlink Exchange page for details.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no call, no retention playbook. You keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?+
The first 14 days are free. If you paid and aren't happy within the first billing cycle, email support@aiblogtool.com and we'll refund you.
What about Shopify, Webflow, Ghost?+
Not yet. WordPress is the only supported CMS today. If you want us to support yours, let us know from the Websites page — there's a "Search for other CMS integrations" box that sends your request straight to our roadmap.
Is my WordPress password safe?+
Yes. We never see or store your WordPress login password. Application Passwords are a separate, revocable credential WordPress issues specifically for integrations — you can delete it from WordPress at any time and our access is gone.
Where is my data stored?+
United States. Hosted on Vercel (application), Supabase (database and auth), and Cloudflare (DNS and CDN). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
